Dr. Victor Morgan is an author and a dynamic preacher and teacher with a unique ability to bring forth profound revelation knowledge from the Word of God. His life was drastically transformed at the age of seventeen by the power of God under the ministry of the late Bishop C.D. Kinsey in Jacksonville, Florida, where he was eventually installed in ministry and mentored toward his divine destiny.
A dedicated scholar, Dr. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Edward Waters College, a Master of Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center Seminary in Atlanta, and a Doctorate of Theology from Zoe University.
His diverse ministry background includes serving as a full-time Chaplain in the Florida prison system and pastoring in Alliance, Ohio, before returning to his home state to establish Victorious Living Fellowship. Today, Dr. Morgan serves as the founder and lead pastor of Victorious Living Fellowship in Orlando, Florida, where he ministers alongside his wife and co-pastor, Paula Morgan, to empower a multi-generational community of believers.

A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Co-Pastor Paula Morgan brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role at Victorious Living Fellowship. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Edward Waters College in 1978 and dedicating seven years to the classroom, she transitioned into full-time ministry where she now serves as co-pastor, director of the Women’s Ministry, and director of Christian Education. A powerful and passionate preacher, Paula is driven by a deep desire to see women fully develop into their God-given potential, touching countless lives with a consistent message of hope and love in Jesus Christ. Together, she and Dr. Victor Morgan are the proud parents of two adult children and the devoted grandparents of two.
