OUR HISTORY
Over 40 years ago, Dr. Victor Morgan followed a divine calling to Orlando, Florida, with a clear mission: to build a ministry dedicated to the glory of God. Along with his wife, Co-Pastor Paula Morgan, Dr. Morgan moved his family to the city to establish a place where the community could experience the transformative power of faith.
Formally installed under the spiritual oversight of Bishop Kinsey in Jacksonville, Dr. Morgan brought a vision for a non-denominational body that would serve the "whole person." From those early days of relocation and faith, Victorious Living Fellowship (VLF) grew into the vibrant, Word-centered ministry it is today.

At Victorious Living Fellowship, we are dedicated to inspiring a hunger for God’s Word and an intensity for His Spirit and presence. Our foundation is built upon Four Pillars designed to minister to your Spirit, Soul, and Body. We believe in the power of an overcoming "Word of Faith" message and are committed to encouraging, empowering, and equipping every believer to live victoriously in every area of life through Jesus Christ.

Our vision is to see a community of believers living a holy and
set-apart life, walking daily in the overcoming power of Jesus Christ. We envision a people who are not just surviving, but walking in total victory in every area of life—spiritually, mentally, and physically.
